International Relations Department of standardization, metrology, certification and accreditation to forge regional and international co-operates within the Agency as an independent structural unit.

Department, in conjunction with interested government bodies, the structural units Tajikstandard organizes the development of international cooperation programs in the field of standardization, metrology and certification, training of international cooperation agreements, and assisting in their implementation.

The Division is responsible for issues related to the departure of employees in service Tajikstandard trips abroad, which interacts with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Consular Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan:

· Provides structural units Tajikstandard advice and practical assistance in organizing trips abroad;

· Provides training materials for management participation Tajikstandard in international organizations on standardization, metrology and certification, ensures the implementation of agreements (MOUs) with foreign collaboration Tajikstandard organizations;

· Creates a database of international cooperation;

· Provides a link with international organizations, is preparing a draft business correspondence on behalf of the Tadzhikstandata to promote cooperation with international organizations for standardization, metrology and accreditation, the process of translating foreign correspondence delivered to the Tajikstandart to the director, deputy directors, heads of departments;

· Keeps a record of going into business trips abroad.

The main objectives of the department are:

·  Organization of international cooperation;

·  Planning for international industrial cooperation;

·  Develop partnerships with organizations for standardization, metrology, certification and accreditation

·   Foreign Countries;

·  Development of international cooperation programs; 

·  Processing of travel documents of employees Tajikstandard to attend international conferences, meetings, training programs, seminars, and other industry events;

·  Visa support of foreign professionals coming to Tajikistan, to participate in Tajikstandart (or in conjunction with Tajikstandart) international meetings, conferences and other industry events;

·  Implementation of organizational support of international meetings, conferences and workshops Tajikstandart;

·  Create a database of international cooperation Tajikstandard;

·  Presentation of the results of international cooperation;

·  Record-keeping on foreign trips;

making proposals for improvement of management of the organization of international activities Tajikstandard
