CERTIFICATION AND SURVEY DEPARTMENT

 OF WORKS AND SERVICES OF AGENCY TAJIKSTANDARD

  Department on certification and survey of works and services is a structural division of Tajikstandard. Department is created for the organization and work on obligatory and voluntary certification of services and maintenance of necessary level of objectivity and reliability of results of certification and survey of works and services.

 Objects of obligatory certification and survey of works and services in system of certification of Republic of Tajikistan are defined by the list (nomenclature) of production, works and the services which are obligatory certification and survey, confirmed Governmental Order of Republic of Tajikistan. Department also spends voluntary certification and survey of works and services according to the Republic of Tajikistan’s Law «About certification of production and services», other acts of Republic of Tajikistan.

 The basic functions of Department are:

- The organization and work on certification and survey of works and services according to requirements of normative and technical documents;

- Maintenance of observance of key rules of certification and survey of works and services;

- The organization and conducting the state register of participants and objects of certification and survey of works and services;

- According to system of certification and services of Republic of Tajikistan carrying out of certification and survey of works and services on objects irrespective of patterns of ownership and a recognition of participation in them of other enforcement authorities, establishments, the enterprises and the organizations;

- Publication of the official information concerning certification and survey of works and services in mass-media and the Internet sites.

Copies of following documents are necessary for registration of the certificate or the certificate on services of public catering, trade, household services:

The decision of Government of a city, area (a purchase contract, the enterprise charter, the certificate on registration, the certificate on the property right);

The conclusion of sanitary epidemiological service;

The fire service conclusion;

For registration of the certificate or the certificate on services which under the legislation of Republics Tajikistan are should be licensing, copies of following documents are necessary:

The decision of Government of a city, area, (a purchase contract, the enterprise charter, the certificate on registration, the certificate on the property right);

The fire service conclusion; The license.
