Management in accordance with its responsibilities and tasks may:
· Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements subjects of state control and supervision;

· Examine the normative documents on standardization;
· Apply the measures established by legislation to prevent and combat the subjects of state control and supervision violations of the requirements of regulations, procedures and certification rules;
· Prohibit the release, sale, transportation, storage and use of products in violation of regulations;
· Provide for the subject of state control and supervision of standards of orders to eliminate violations of standards and the causes of these disorders, as well as provisions prohibiting sales (sales) and production of custom products;
· Execute in accordance with the law decree on imposing punitive sanctions on the subjects of state control and supervision in cases of violation of the requirements of the standards and laws.
