State control and supervision of standards implemented at all stages of the development of standard documentation, training, production, manufacture, sale (the supply, sale), operation (use), storage, transportation and disposal of products.

Planning and organizing work on state oversight and management by the existing legislation.

Management has the authority in the established field of activity:

·           Carrying out state policy in the field of standardization in the Republic of Tajikistan;

·           Dissemination of international standards, rules and recommendations for standardization;

·           State control and supervision over compliance with requirements of standards and monitoring compliance with the rules of compulsory certification to ensure the safety of life, health and property of citizens, environmental protection, interoperability and competitiveness, the unity of methods for monitoring and labeling, consumer protection and public interest;

·           Participate in joint inspections with other executive agencies in improving the procedure of conformity of consumer goods and services requirements;

·            Participation in the examination and approval of national and interstate standards;

·           Prevention and suppression of violations of requirements imposed on the production standards established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and other regulations of all business entities regardless of ownership;

·            Improving the quality of products;

·           Issuance of certificates of readiness of the enterprise for the production of specific products.


 

The objects of state control and supervision are:

·           Products, including the subject of certification;

·           Regulatory and technical documentation for the products;

·           Production processes and product testing.

The subjects of state control and supervision are legal entities and individuals involved in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, regardless of departmental subordination and forms of ownership (the subjects of state control and supervision).
